Questionnaire
The respondents filled in an online questionnaire designed for this study. The
questionnaire was accessible on the Google Forms platform. In the introduc-
tory part of the questionnaire, they were informed about the aim and purpose
of the study. The study received a positive opinion from the Ethics Committee
of the University of Applied Health Sciences in Zagreb. The questionnaire was
anonymous and the respondents could withdraw at any time while complet-
ing the questionnaire.
The questionnaire consisted of two parts. The first part consisted of a
