Main Functionality
The main functionality of the Content Manager can be accessed through
the menu options on the left-hand side of the main window. Users can
search for specific exercises or create new exercises, as shown in Figure 6.3.
Users can search exercises by author or filter exercises according to differ-
ent categorization fields. The system allows the creation of four types of
exercises: Multiple choice, Select, Type in the gap and Drag and drop, as
shown in Figure 6.4. It has been designed for users to be able to view all
exercises, but they only can edit or delete the exercises created by them-
selves.
The system includes a dashboard, which has been designed as a notice
board, to present updates or new features of the content manager that
the authors need to be aware of when creating exercises or multimedia
resources in the repository. The dashboard also provides access to the ex-
ercises and list of authors, as shown in Figure 6.5.
