ation. All participants were provided with their credentials and access in-
structions, as well as a simple user manual on how to use the functionality
of the application.

We have based the evaluation on the widely used method called System
Usability Scale (s u s) (Brooke, 1996). The s u s scale consists of a set of
10 questions, as shown in Table 6.1. In the questionnaire, odd-numbered
items are positive, while even-numbered items are negative, in order to re-
duce acquiescence response bias. Participants were asked to respond in a
Likert scale of five points – from 1 to 5 – representing respectively: ‘strongly
disagree,’ ‘disagree,’ ‘neutral,’ ‘agree’ and ‘strongly agree.’ After applying the
corresponding formula to the answers, as defined by Brooke (1996), the
