Aid, 2014). We are faced with crisis incidents in different work organiza-
tions. The response of management and employees is an important factor
in ensuring adequate support and help to individuals, who experienced the
crisis event, as well as to their close relatives, to a team, to an organization.
A preparedness is a key for adequate response in crisis events and dealing
with the consequences of traumatic experiences. Help and support after cri-
sis events must be adapted to the specific situation, group, individual.
