of the factor refer to Emotional stability.
– Factor 4 encompassed 2 items with loadings of 0.833 and 0.816 which
accountedforthe5,685variance.ThetwoitemsindicateSelf-criticism.
– Factor 5 consisted of 3 items explaining 5,233 of variance and with
loadings from 0.796 to 0.533. Since items refer to one’s beliefs about
his/her possible role of a model and courage to initiate changes, even
when they are not well accepted, we named this factor Ambition.
– Factor6 brings together 3 items which accounted for 5,127 of variance
and with loading varying from 0.661 to 530. Items refer to Flexibility.
Reliability
Cronbach’s alpha (Table 6) for the 55 item Questionnaire of Sustainable Be-
haviour (α = 0.892) demonstrates high internal consistency. Analysing the
internal consistency of the 4 scales composing the Questionnaire we found
three of them very highly reliable, i.e.: Universal values scale (α =0.804),
