Teachers’ Opinion about Factors of Quality of Education
In the article an opinion survey on a sample of gymnasium teachers is pre-
sented with which teachers’ attachment of relevance to factors of educational
process in terms of quality was determined. The survey was limited to teaching
and some activities at school. The basic research methods were descriptive and
causal non-experimental method of educational research. The respondents
attach the greatest relevance for quality educational work to: teachers’ pro-
fessional qualification in the subjects they teach and didactic-methodological
qualification of the teacher. The respondents attach lower relevance for quality
educational work to: prior knowledge, the use of technology in teaching the
subject (computer, the Internet, video); activities of the school development
team, and to results of projects. The obtained results of the survey can also
be of support to higher education organisations, i.e. universities, in educating
teachers to be.
