The Emergence of ICT in Education in the Slovenian Bibliography
New approaches and knowledge are needed for the effective use of ICT in ed-
ucation in order to ensure changing the process of learning and teaching. One
way of determining the use of this technology is the reflection of these works in
the national bibliography. With a research based on the analysis of the biblio-
graphic sources of the ICT problem area in education, which is provided by the
COBISS system for the management of bibliographic units, we have found an-
swers to the questions asked. Unfortunately, this is not reflected in textbooks,
manuals and booklets, which suggests that research products do not find suit-
able paths and transformations in more general forms of editions designed to
educate a wider population.
