Abstract
The textbook deals with employee satisfaction at work in entrepre-
neurship. Various factors related to employee satisfaction are descri-
bed: salary, rewards in the form of bonuses and praise, promotion at
work, education, relations with colleagues, annual personal interviews
with employees, working conditions, working hours, permanent em-
ployment, job reputation, employees belonging to the company, orga-
nizational atmosphere and organizational culture. Special emphasis is
given to the description of these factors for the two generations that
dominate the labor market: millennials and Generation Z. The entre-
preneurial performance of existing companies is discussed on the basis
of the following topics: the role of knowledge and human capital for
the satisfaction of employed millennials, the role of knowledge and hu-
man capital for Generation Z employee satisfaction, entrepreneurial
culture, company innovation culture and Millennials and Generation
Z, employee satisfaction, intrapreneurship and company growth, and
motivational factors for Millennials, Generation Z and Generation Al-
pha.
