The Impact of the First and Second Waves of the COVID-19 Epidemic
on the Implementation of Curricular Activities in Kindergarten
In this paper, we present the results of research on the impact of the first and
second waves of the COVID-19 epidemic on the implementation of curricular
activities in kindergartens. In the theoretical part, we present the changes that
took place in kindergartens during the epidemic period and their impact on
preschool education and the implementation of curricular activities. In the sec-
ond part, we will present the results of the research, where we found, among
other things, that the first and second waves of the COVID-19 epidemic did
not significantly affect the frequency of activities, and also that in the imple-
mentation of these, most educators do not perceive major problems. We also
detected that activities in smaller educational groups are easier to carry out;
