Digital Technology in Maths Lessons Using Interactive I-Textbooks
The role and importance of Information and Communication Technologies
(ICT) in the world in recent decades has been growing irrevocably. Awareness
of the importance of these technologies also plays an increasingly greater role
and value in the school space. Digitalization of society and education, as well
as major steps in the use of ICT in teaching, has also been encouraged by the
corona virus epidemic (SARS-CoV-2). The paper presents the possibilities of us-
ing digital technology in Mathematics lessons using i-textbooks for mathemat-
ics. We present examples of applets from i-textbooks for mathematics, which,
with their interactive nature, enable effective visualization of many mathemat-
ical concepts and processes, thus possibly becoming an effective mediator in
independent study and exploration of mathematics
