the faculty teachers and students need to understand the importance of feed-
back; the ‘Feedback literacy’ is important. Because the increasing use of edu-
cational technology in the study process, including online study, is reflected in
the provision of feedback, the paper will present some ways of how to present
it using educational technology (e.g. use of video, audio) and some examples
of good practice. The importance of educational technology and online learn-
ing has come to the fore during the epidemic of COVID-19, which has brought
new challenges and new opportunities that could be used in the future.
