Vloga vseživljenjskega učenja v slovenskih podjetjih
uspešnejši. Tudi ta argument naj nagovori ustvarjalce politik VŽU v Sloveniji
k sistematičnemu, odgovornemu, naprednemu in razvojno usmerjenemu ra-
zvoju VŽU na vseh ravneh, tudi na ravni podjetij, ki se jim bo s tem omogo-
čilo ustvarjanje novih vrednosti; le-te naj se vračajo zaposlenim, podjetjem
in družbi kot celoti.
