research. Author concluded it after eight years, and its accomplishments left important
traces in development of Slovenian musical and pedagogical practise and theory. They
became a starting point of new conception of educational fields, planning of individual
music subjects, ingredient of didactic collections and materials for music lessons, with
their themes they encouraged the first scientific and research treatment in the field of
Slovenian music pedagogics. Its logical upgrade was developmentally also needed in
music methodology, which is a compulsory subject of programmes for teacher training.
This led author professionally to a higher educational Pedagogic Academy, where she
forwarded the subject to numerous potential teachers of elementary education and subject
level for music. The new identity of a lecturer at the same time directed her to higher
master´s and doctoral studies at university level of Academy of Music.
In the study year 19979/80 she also professionally entered to the Academy of Music,
where she was elected for operator of specialized didactics and general music didactics. In
addition to numerous assignments, in the late 1980s she contributed to the establishment
of permanent post-graduate programme, namely master´s and doctoral studies that direct
the necessary research activity and ensure current achievements in the field of music and
research science.
